Authenticators

If you're not using a 2FA device, you should setup one now.

Eventually to populate this page regarding how it works (really simple), and how to get it running.

Algorithms:

• TOTP: Time-based OTP
• HOTP: HMAC-based OTP

Authenticator apps:

• Aegis: Open-source, only for Android
• Authy: Seems popular. Some notable drawbacks: (1) cannot extract codes, (2) closed-source, (3) here's an entire rant about it
• Google Authenticator: Usually the default for Google accounts

Try using a Yubikey instead.
