Nothing to see here, mostly a reminder of how to perform a format conversion from APS -> Optica.

• Use their template: https://opg.optica.org/content/author/portal/item/templates-default
• Multi-line equations to use \begin{equation}\begin{aligned}... instead of \begin{align}.
• Remove all starred environments, and change format size appropriate for single column.
• Add back matter including data availability statement. Just follow template.
• For supplementary material, use their template and manually label cross-manuscript references, e.g. (see Supplement 1, Sec. 1), and Fig. 2.
• All figures should be in EPS/PDF.
• Footnotes to shift to references, e.g.
