This is a collection of pages of general hints and setup scripts for different platforms that has been collected over the years. These include some research on capabilities, references for further reading, etc. General setup guides are provided for certain platforms, but is by no means a replacement for actual documentation (RTFM!).

Pages that would probably be moderately interesting for visitors are:
